Monthly Freeport Church Family Calendar Annoucements and New Events April 12-May 17 9:30 a.m.-19:45 a.m. "Hidden Keys to Loving Relationships" video presentations by Gary Smalley April 5-June 21 10:00 a.m.-10:50 a.m. "Life and Teachings of Jesus" 12 week class taught by Pastor Gary & Erica Blanchard The Meals on Wheels program is looking for drivers! If this is a ministry you would like to get involved please contact Pam Hodson at 846-6693 ****************************************************************************************************** May 17 The Freeport Church would like to welcome the newest arrival to our family. Robert Michael Pickard was born to Scott and Deanna Pickard this morning, Friday, May 16th, 12:30am at Maine Medical Center. "Robbie Mike" weighed 6.1 lbs, and was quite eager to be held by his Mom and Dad. Deanna is doing great, and is expected to be leaving Maine Med by Sabbath morning. Cards or flowers may be sent to the Maternity Ward at Maine Medical Center, to the attention of Deanna Pickard. After Sabbath morning, cards or flowers may be sent to: Scott and Deanna Pickard 714 Lisbon Road Lisbon Falls ME 04252 Have a wonderful first Sabbath Robbie Mike, and we can't wait to see you in church! ****************************************************************************************************** Sabbath School will no longer be meeting in the foyer of the church. Instead it will now be meeting only in the Sanctuary. This decision was made by the head deacon, head elder, worship leader, praise leader, pastor and Sabbath School superintendant. The foyer space is now reserved for greeters, deacons and those who wish to fellowship before the service. The deacons have agreed to be on hand to direct people and to monitor the traffic in and out of the sanctuary. We want to thank each of you who regularly attend and support our Sabbath School program. We presently have three small groups meeting in the church. One in the sanctuary entitled "The Forgiven," one in the pastor's study entitled "Life and Teachings of Jesus,"and one in the Academy building entitled "Hidden Keys to Loving Relationships."
